Where is my pre-order?

If you have purchased a pre-order, please note that your order will not ship until the specified shipping date. It can take us 2-4 weeks to pack and ship a full run of pre-orders. If it’s a few weeks past the pre-order shipping date, please hang tight and we’ll have your order shipped soon!

If your pre-order includes items that are available now, these will also ship as part of your pre-order. If you would like to receive the available items before the pre-order, it’s best to place these orders separately.
 

Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

For domestic orders within Australia, it should take 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive. Internationally, sometimes the orders need to travel across the world or to isolated areas so give it around a month to show up. Please note that we are a small business and sometimes we can be overwhelmed with orders and it can take us some extra time to ship everything out. Your patience is always appreciated.

Do you track orders?

Yes! You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped including a tracking number, so you can track its progress all the way to your door. Please let us know if you haven’t received a tracking number.

Why is my record warped / damaged?

If your record is visibly warped or damaged in some way that affects the listening quality, we can most often issue you a replacement record. We can not do exchanges or refunds for things like imperfect packaging or minor scuffs that inevitably happen during the shipping process – but if your listening quality has been affected, please hit us up on the form below and we’ll get back to you asap.

Please note that if you have purchased a splatter coloured record, they often have more surface noise than standard black or solid coloured vinyl and despite pressing plants best efforts, this is unavoidable. It’s the price of looking cool.

Shipping Rates, Customs Fees & Taxes?

Shipping rates are determined individually based on the weight and customer location. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. At the moment we can not offer each country’s tax calculations in our check out, so your customs fees and taxes will be added upon receiving your order. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be

How can I stock your records in my store?

Flightless Distro is currently handling our physical distribution with Australian and New Zealand indie stores. You can shop our recent releases at flightlessrecords.com

 

We do not currently have physical distribution anywhere else in the world. However, we are happy to arrange a wholesale purchase with you directly so please get in touch!
